Direct Access

 
Miss Fitton-Brown completed the Direct Access course at the College of Law in London in 2008.

Direct Access is a scheme which allows clients, in certain areas of law, to instruct a barrister direct without the need for a solicitor. It is anticipated that it will shortly be extended to family law.
